CYLINDRICAL LUMINOSITY
Metropolis started with one single idea – to create an illuminated sculpture lamp that would metamorphose itself from day to night by projecting and reflecting in its own environment.
Five years later that one sculpture became 35 and the birth of ‘Metropolis – Cylindrical Luminosity’ where every piece is cylindrical and every piece is illuminated, and creates a ‘Reflection Projection’ environment.
During the design and creation process I took over 4000 photographs to evaluate my work and critique every individual piece. Below is a selection of the images I made while creating Metropolis.
