METROPOLIS SCULPTURE GARDEN

Metropolis Sculpture Garden. An idea. A dream. And one I would love to create and build somewhere in the universe on a large scale. 

After creating Metropolis on a 10x10x10 foot scale I could experience and explore Metropolis on a personal and intimate level – becoming part of it by walking through the garden and entering an out of world experience, seeing myself reflected in a multicolored changing light environment.

My ultimate dream. My ultimate dream is to see Metropolis recreated on a large scale of 1:10. The largest piece is currently 10 foot tall making it 100+ plus feet tall scaled up. This piece would have an 360º revolving observation deck with a DNA spiral staircase where visitors could view Metropolis from above. At the center of Metropolis there would be a fountain – a four level cylindrical reflective sphere sculpture of cascading water and changing light called the ‘DNA Fountain of Life’. 

Throughout Metropolis the light would be constantly changing creating a new environment where you see yourself reflected and projected in different light. This would enforce my concept of ‘Reflection and Projection’ – meaning to me that your positive and reflected energy is imparted to others in a positive way.

The proposition. DNA is currently seeking a municipality, corporation, organization, or individual, interested in purchasing or investing to create Metropolis on a large scale. Be it a civic space, corporate grounds, private sculpture garden, or theme park, it would be an iconic attraction an out of the world experience for all ages to enjoy.
